Stress and Anger Management
Stress is the name given to all the reactions we have in the face of events and situations that constrain, restrict, and hinder us. Every individual may feel angry and stressed at times. In such situations, heart rate accelerates, hands may tremble or sweat, and the person may not be able to concentrate. When an individual encounters a threat or a problem, they get stressed when they think they cannot cope with this problem, and this leads to anger. If the situation is not managed, a process leading to depression may begin. These problems affect our entire lives from beginning to end. When we cannot manage stress and anger, people around us move away from us. Even worse, we move away from ourselves. Therefore, we need to find a solution for ourselves before it's too late. It will be beneficial for us to find answers to questions like: In which situations do I experience anxiety? When do I get more stressed? With stress and anger management training, lessons are given on how to cope with stress and anger. In such cases, you are helped by teaching what to do and what not to do. To achieve success, anger should not be suppressed or hidden during anger control, but recognized. The individual may not reach the outcome by avoiding the factors that lead them to this situation. Confronting and fighting the reasons always yields a more effective result. Receiving training on stress and anger management will enable individuals to be more in control in a work environment or social circle. The individual will then be able to cope with stress and anger quickly and at the moment of the event. Thus, they will protect their mental health and be successful in their lives.
