FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WAX CASTING TECHNIQUE

Ideal for Detailed and Precise Products

In the casting technique called precision casting or lost-wax casting, the wax mold is melted before the molten liquid is transferred to the relevant area. This system, used for extremely precise and detailed parts, allows for the seamless production of products. This system, which can be used for many different metal types, is also cost-effective. In the wax casting technique, used for metals that require detail and high precision, even the smallest details are calculated millimeter by millimeter. This method, widely preferred all over the world, is called "coulée de cire" in France. Qualified products can be used for many years through companies like [company name], which spread Turkish quality to the world.

Creation of Wax in Wax Casting

In the molds to be created with the wax casting technique, first, the final product is made of beeswax. Thus, a detailed modeling of the mold to be created is made. There are different methods for modeling with wax. By creating a gelatin mold around the product, its 3D dimensions can be measured. Among the other techniques used to create models with wax casting is the creation of a metal mold of the final product. This mold is then filled with hot beeswax. Finally, it is possible to process a copy of the product as beeswax. By pouring molten metal liquid into the molds created using one of these three methods, the desired shape can be given to the new metal.
